About

I am an Educational Consultant, Learning Strategist, and Learning Experience Designer with a multidisciplinary background in education, educational policy, law, and community engagement.

My work focuses on helping organizations, educational institutions, nonprofits, communities, and learning teams design meaningful learning experiences, strengthen educational programs, and create environments where people can learn, participate, and thrive.

Throughout my career, I have worked across multiple areas of the education sector, including teaching, educational policy, program development, curriculum design, stakeholder engagement, professional learning, and educational consulting. These experiences have given me a systems-level perspective on learning and human development, from classrooms and families to organizations and public policy.

Educator

My professional journey began in education.

As a teacher, I worked with children and adolescents across different educational levels, facilitating learning experiences in social studies, civics, human rights, citizenship education, and English language learning.

Working directly with learners shaped my understanding of how people learn, what motivates participation, and how meaningful educational experiences can influence individual and community development.

These experiences continue to inform my approach to learning design, facilitation, and program development today.

Learning Strategist

Over time, my work expanded beyond the classroom into the design of learning experiences for diverse audiences.

I specialize in creating learner-centered programs, educational resources, workshops, and professional development experiences that support engagement, collaboration, and knowledge transfer.

My interests include adult learning, learning experience design, professional learning, curriculum development, community-based learning, and the use of education as a tool for social impact.

I believe effective learning experiences are not only informative—they are purposeful, participatory, and connected to real-world challenges.

Policy Specialist

My academic and professional background in educational policy and law has allowed me to examine education from a broader systems perspective.

I hold graduate-level training in educational policy and have conducted research, analysis, and public commentary on topics including educational governance, citizenship education, school climate, educational quality, child and adolescent rights, and the relationship between schools, communities, and public institutions.

This perspective helps me bridge policy, practice, and implementation in ways that are both strategic and learner-centered.

Consultant

Today, I work as an educational consultant supporting organizations, educational institutions, nonprofits, and learning communities.

My work includes learning program design, professional development initiatives, stakeholder engagement, educational research, facilitation, curriculum development, and strategic consulting.

I am particularly interested in projects that strengthen learning ecosystems, support community engagement, expand educational opportunities, and promote human-centered approaches to learning and development.
